Interactive Theater Consultant

The interactive theater consultant will be responsible of the following tasks:

Conduct 5 inyteractive theater sessions aiming to prevent Gender Based Violence for Syrian refugees residing in Informal Settlements in North Bekaa;

Report to the field coordinator in case of identification of any case that needs referral by filling the interagency referral form;

Deliver regular evaluation reports on each of the conducted sessions to the Women Center Supervisor;

Develop and maintain an archive system for the sessions (description of the session, attendance sheet);

Participate in coordination and follow-up meetings with the team.
Required Skills:
- Ability to create scenes related to protection topics such as GBV, SGBV, early marriage and others.
- Openness to working with Palestinian, Lebanese and Syrian communities in refugee Informal Settlements.
- Knowledge of GBV concepts;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in providing interactive theatre sessions to groups of women;
- The ability to improvise under pressure.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS:
While working on a KAFA project, it is required to sign KAFA’s Code of Conduct.
