TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF

SNACKS

WCH-LEB-2019-001

War Child Holland has received a grant from UNICEF for the implementation of its educational program “Early Childhood Education”. Therefore, it is the intention of War Child Holland to enter into a Framework Agreement, for a period of 12 months, for the procurement of SNACKS for its activities as

detailed in the annex I:

Tender Closure Date: 08-02-2019 at 14:00 hour’s local Lebanon time

The following Invitation to Bid (ITB) Tenders are being tendered through this notification during the

above period:

Tender No. WCH-LEB-2019-001, Supply of Snacks.

The ITB documents can be obtained by sending an email with subject named “ITB No. WCH-LEB-2019-

001” to the following email address:

The tender documents will provide all relevant information in detail, including date, time, and place for

the submission of the Tender.

Please quote “ITB No. WCH-LEB-2019-001” in all communication.

ANNEX I

Below are the Items to be included in the Package:

Package 1

. One croissant (cheese - chocolate - thyme, we can diversify) big size

. One date cake 80 g

. One water bottle of 0.5 L

Package 2

. One cake 60g

. One sablet biscuit big size

. One date cake 80 g

. One water bottle of 0.5 L

Package 3

. One cake 60g

. One milk cake كعك بحليب

. One date cake 80 g

. One water bottle of 0.5 L

Package 4

. One Suisse rolle big size

. Maamoul pistachio big size

. One date cake 80 g

. One water bottles of 0.5 L

Each package will be ordered one week per month, the four packages will cover the 4 weeks of the month.

The total quantity of the packed snacks will be 91,800 pack per year ( 22,950 for each package)

The list of the centers to where we need to deliver the snacks on weekly bases are:

Kindly note that we need to receive a sample of the Package for the snacks including the snacks, in

addition we need to get the offer indicating the Unit price of each snack + the deliver cost per center.
