RFQ/IL/181906 - Photography & Videography

Dear Sir / Madam,

INJAZ Lebanon is looking for a company or freelancers providing the services of photography/videography the following specifications:

Event details:   

1. Date: Friday, December 7th 2018
2. Time needed: 2PM to 6:30PM
3. Location: Lebanese International University (LIU), Beirut

Specifications:

1. Photography: throughout all the event – we need to make sure there’s one person dedicated to the photography and take photos throughout the whole event: during the stands, in the auditorium, during the business presentations (students while presenting on stage), the judges, the speeches on stage, the awards distribution (a group photo by winner team with the cheque received) and a final group photo.

1. Videography: Filming + Editing – we need to cover all the event as well:  the full presentations on stage, the speeches, the stands, etc. in order to create a 2-3min video to be shared on social media.
