Interested contractors are cordially invited to submit their bid for the above not later than Friday 31st of August 2018 along with the below requested documents, and offers should be submitted by email to address: [email protected] AND in a Sealed Envelope to our office in Mansourieh.
Submission of Bids:
Offers must be submitted in 3 separately sealed envelopes to World Vision National Office as follows AND by email to [email protected] (divided into 3 separate files)
· 1 sealed envelope/document containing Administrative packet
· 1 sealed envelope/document containing technical part of the offer
· 1 sealed envelope/document containing financial part of the offer
CONTENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE PACKET
- Company profile
- Registration documents (all legal documents)
- Qualification and CV of proposed personnel
- List of previous similar projects and copies of work completion certificates or equivalent certificates for projects completed within the last 5 years / previous experience with NGO
CONTENT OF TECHNICAL OFFER
- Detailed work schedule – work flow diagram (LEAD TIME)
CONTENT OF FINANCIAL OFFER
- All BOQs filled signed and stamped. BOQs in excel format will be rejected
