5867 – Contractor for Rehabilitation of Water Treatment System (Bouar Hospital)
World Vision Lebanon is seeking the services of a professional engineering company that has substantial experience in the design build and rehabilitation of water treatment systems. The Contractor shall support WVL in the rehabilitation of the water treatment system at Ftouh Keserwan Governmental Hospital in Bouar, which hosts more than 2000 individuals (Lebanese and Syrian) per year. For interested Consultants, a detailed ToR is attached which requires your quoting.
How to apply
Interested contractors are cordially invited to submit theirs bid for the above not later than the 18 th of December 2017 along with the below requested documents and offers should be sent to email address: [email protected].
Documents should be divided into 3 SEPARATE DOCUMENTS as follows:
DOCUMENT 1: COMPANY INFORMATION which includes
· Company profile, including legal registration documents
· List of recent similar works performed and their corresponding amounts
· Previous experience with UN agencies or other international NGOs, if available
· Names and CVs of key personnel proposed for the implementation of the consultancy
· Certificate of registration at the Ministry of Finance and VAT, if available
· Classification of Contractor, if available
DOCUMENT 2: TECHNICAL PROPOSAL which includes
· Method statement
· Program of works (schedule, etc...)
· Operation and Maintenance proposal
· Hospital Staff Training
DOCUMENT 3: FINANCIAL PROPOSAL which includes
· Detailed Financial offer
