Life Skills Trainer-Consultant
Tasks and Requirements:
- Prepare and develop Life Skills training materials content upon requests.
- Coordinate Life Skills and operations based on a weekly meeting performance evaluation.
- Report on daily basis activity progress.
- Ensure career development materials are properly scheduled and organized with the field officer and procurement officer
- Follow up with supported beneficiaries on their own projects and prepare reports on the results of their projects.
- Monitor operations in life skills workshops and ensure day to day management and delivery of the activities.
- Apply and correct pre- and post- self-assessment for participants to evaluate their progress.
- Ensure timely reports are shared.
- Having the qualifications and the abilities to provide the trainees with basic concepts and techniques about life skills: Communication, Behavioral Change, Emotional Intelligence, & Conflict Sensitivity
- Provide the supported beneficiaries with the required technical support.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing among beneficiaries
- Able to travel on the 5 targeted locations
The program, titled: MIN EL ARED FIDI W STAFIDI- من الارض فيدي و استفيدي, addresses up-to-date components with agro-food sources relevant to each area’s settings, and designate for 80-100 women in 5 governorates across Lebanon (Approx. 15-20 in each area); The range of age is between 17 and 56 years old and targeting residents (50%), and refugees (50%). The women will benefit from seasonal crop using specific-developed techniques in agro-food. Also, they will be supported with in-kind toolkits, enabling them to establish small homebased businesses and ensure their livelihoods, and help their families.
