Tasks and Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Agro-Food and Food Security activities and operations based on a weekly meeting performance evaluation.
• Report on daily basis activity progress.
• Closely work with the project team to facilitate the activities.
• Ensure Agro-food and procurement agriculture and food materials are properly scheduled and organized with the field officer and procurement officer
• Follow up with supported beneficiaries on their own projects and prepare reports on the results of their projects.
• Monitor operations in the agriculture and food security workshop and ensure day to day management and delivery of the activities.
• Apply and correct pre- and post- self-assessment for participants to evaluate their progress.
• Ensure timely reports are shared.
