World Vision Lebanon is an International NGO working to create lasting changes in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty in Lebanon.

As part of our development projects and relief interventions, we are in the process of pre-qualifying:

A) Consultants / Consultancy Firms having the capacity, the personnel, the resources and the tools to:

Perform projects assessments, surveys, feasibility studies, concept designs and projects proposals; Prepare and follow-up permit files for construction/renovation; Prepare design reports, calculation notes, drawings, bills of quantities, cost estimations, specifications, conditions of contracts, agreements, tender documents… Supervise and monitor the execution of the works; Provide contracts management and check projects expenditures and payment certificates; Finalize the scope of works in due time; Accomplish the Testing and Commissioning phases (where applicable and if requested) successfully.

B) Contractors / Contracting Companies having the capacity, the personnel, the resources, the equipment and the tools to:

Properly execute/implement different construction and rehabilitation projects as per the relevant drawings and specifications and according to the conditions of contract and the agreement; Finalize the scope of works in due time; Accomplish the testing and commissioning phases (where applicable and if requested) successfully; Operate and maintain the executed works (where applicable and if requested) including training for personnel; Properly deliver the works to the Client.

Sectors of intervention & Types of projects:

-Construction & Rehabilitation: Buildings, schools, centers, processing units, nurseries, dispensaries, warehouses, sport clubs, playgrounds, gardens, solid waste treatment plants, child friendly spaces, retaining walls, steel structures, archeological sites, electrical networks, power supply and generating sets.

-Irrigation, Water Resources, Sanitation and Wastewater: Rainwater collection ponds, small lakes and dams, concrete irrigation channels, water supply networks, pumping stations, water purification systems, reservoirs, water wells, culverts, sanitation facilities, latrine units, sewage networks and wastewater treatment plants.

-Earthworks: Excavations, backfilling, earth trimming, slopes preparation and stabilization as well as all landfills related activities.
