The Administrative and Human Resource Assistant is responsible for HR administrative tasks. S/he provides support in various human resource functions, which include filing, recruitment, and HR Administrative role of performance enhancement and employee relations.
The Lebanese Organization of Studies and Training (LOST) is implementing a project called MAKANI, which aims to empower youth through Sports for Development (S4D) activities. As part of the project, LOST seeks to engage an experienced S4D facilitator who will lead 12 sessions on S4D subjects for the participating youth
Objective: The main goal of this TOR is to lay out the conditions and duties for selecting a qualified S4D facilitator to conduct interesting and educational sessions for the young participants in the MAKANI project.
The inclusion focal points (one per school/center) will be supporting the inclusion officers for the inclusion of children with disabilities in the MFP programs (DIRASA and MSCC) as per the tasks and responsibilities outlined below.
The Early Childhood Development Specialist (ECDS) is mandated to work with children with developmental issues, birth to eight years of age, and their families to access and build support through the delivery of customized, comprehensive, and coordinated early intervention services. Primarily, the scope of work of the early childhood development specialist is to identify early detection and ensure that children who face developmental and psychological delays receive the care they need.
To facilitate the adequate and timely response to children’s basic needs, while ensuring that children and families are linked and referred to services that address their social, educational, health, emotional, psychological and protection needs. The introduction of this function will ensure an expansion of outreach and access to households, particularly those that are especially vulnerable, as well as regular referral of families to adequate services to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed – where possible – before families face serious breakdowns.
Responsible on registration and regular update on students’ data (attendance, assessments, dropouts, new enrollments, etc)
Ensures his/her attendance at all requested training courses.
Follow up on all missing info.
Maintain a regular update on teachers’ lists and classes’ schedules.
Able to work on Google Drive, Excel and data entering platforms (CLM and other platforms as requested).
