Expressive Art for men

Training Description:

Three days expressive art workshop for men. Participants will use art as a primary use of communication. A useful tool for men who find it difficult to verbalize their feelings.

The sessions will create a space of expression and dialogue between individuals.

The objectives of the sessions are:

• To improve expression, communication and active listening skills
• To create a safe space for men to share their stories, challenges, fears, sadness and happiness and their feelings that include their role as parents

Timeline:

The sessions will take place between February and June 2018. Each workshop includes 4 days for 4 hours
