Consultancy for Developing a Compendium of Resource Material on Adolescent and Youth Programming

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), an international development agency is seeking qualified offers for the above-mentioned service. Your company/institution is kindly invited to submit your best technical and financial offer for the requested service. Your bid could form the basis for a contract between your firm/institution and UNFPA. UNFPA is organizing the bidding process.

To enable you to submit a bid, please refer to the Terms of Reference (Annex I), and read carefully and submit documents and fill the forms according to the following attached documents:
Technical Bid Requirements: Annex II Format of Bidder’s Previous Experience and Clients: Annex III Price Schedule Form: Annex IV Bidder’s Identification Form: Annex V

The bid shall reach UNFPA’s reception no later than Thursday, December 24, 2015 at 2:00 p.m., to be sent by email to UNFPA ([email protected]). The bid shall be opened by no later than Monday December 28, 2015 at the office of UNFPA.

Bids received after the stipulated date and time shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this RFQ by email to Ms Lucie Sagherian ([email protected]) no later than Thursday, December 17, 2015 and indicate whether or not a bid shall be submitted. The acknowledgement shall provide company name, telephone number and contact person.

Any questions relating to the attached documents shall be addressed in writing to Ms Lucie Sagherian ([email protected]) by Wednesday, December 16, 2015. Do not submit your bid to the contact there indicated, or your bid will be disqualified.
