With reference to the above mentioned tender subject, kindly find attached Questions & Answers Report that include UNDP’s reply to clarification requests sent by interested Bidders.

In addition, please find attached the amended Scope of Works with changes highlighted in yellow.

Moreover, kindly note that the deadline has been extended from Tuesday 08 December 2015 until Friday 11 December 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Beirut Local Time as per the attached Updated Invitation to Bid.

The letter should be received by UNDP no later than 04 December 2015. The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Bid. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.

If you have received this ITB through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires notifying UNDP accordingly.
