The role encompasses the execution and realization of the objectives outlined in project proposals related to Economic Development, Job Creation, and Job Placement initiatives. Additionally, he/she is responsible for supervising the operational teams assigned to projects in the Economic Development and Livelihood sectors, with a focus Agriculture, Construction and Technology.
The program manager oversees approximately four staff members and manages the operational work with four local small and large CBOs located in Beirut, Mount-Lebanon,the North and Akkar.

Swisscontact Lebanon aims to support the establishment of a network of experienced and qualified professionals in the ICT sector, providing their services to foreign companies and therefore strengthening the local economy.
The aim of this mission is to help an international consultant in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities and challenges within the Lebanese ICT sector. This understanding will facilitate the creation of a concept note for a project to be executed in partnership with foreign SMEs operating in this sector.

Swisscontact in Lebanon is looking for the following
position: Freelance Communication Officer
Employment start: February 1st, 2022
Disposition for frequent travelling within the country
Overview : The freelance officer will be in charge of supporting the project team in all communication related content and creation

“Youth Employment & Skills” (YES) is a project of Swisscontact’s Development Programme. It starts with a pilot phase of 18 months (July 2019-December 2020) with an option of a 4-year phase (2021-2024). Trough acquiring professional skills, young adults integrate themselves into the Lebanese labour market. This allows the project-participants to improve their own living conditions and those of their families.
