تمتلك جمعية السلامة البيئية و الإجتماعية المستدامة أرض زراعية غير مبنية تبلغ مساحتها مائتان و خمسون ألف متر مربع في منطقة حوش سنيد من قضاء بعلبك في محافظة بعلبك - الهرمل في لبنان و هي أرض سهلية صالحة لإنشاء قرية زراعية و هو مشروع تنموي زراعي سياحي يدخل في قطاع السياحة الزراعية و يدعم سكان الأرياف على تسويق منتوجاتهم الغذائية المصنوعة منزليا" و يؤمن للمزارعين معرض تسويقي لمنتجاتهم الزراعية العضوية و يوفر السياحة الريفية الإستجمامية من خلال مسكن قروي و مطعم يقدم المأكولات الريفية و مزرعة أبقار و خيول و مصنع ريفي لمشتقات الحليب
- مشروع : إنشاء قرية زراعية تضم :
- مركز تدريب المزارعون على تطبيق معايير الجودة و النوعية وفق المعايير التي ينص عليها الاتحاد الأوروبي و كيفية استخدام الوسائل و التجهيزات الحديثة لتوضيب الإنتاج الزراعي بشكل يسمح بتصديره الى دول الاتحاد الأروبي و الخليج العربي.
- معرض سنوي للشركات المتخصصة في انتاج واستيراد التجهيزات الزراعية و معداتها.
- معرض تسويقي دائم للمنتوجات الزراعية العضوية.
- معرض تسويقي سنوي للعنب و مشتقاته.
- معرض تسويقي دائم للمونة الريفية من خلال مركز تجميع المنتجات من القرى و البلدات في قضاء زحلة من محافظة البقاع و محافظة بعلبك – الهرمل.
- مجبنة من مشتقات الحليب.
- مركز أبحاث لنباتات و أشجار مثمرة لزراعات جديدة غير موجودة في لبنان تتناسب مع مناخه ويضم مشتل تابع له يقدم الى المزارعين أصناف جديدة غير متوفرة في قضاء زحلة من محافظة البقاع و محافظة بعلبك – الهرمل.
- مركز تأصيل نسل الأبقار المنتجة للحليب و اللحوم.
- بركة إصطناعية لتربية أنواع من الأسماك النهرية الغير موجودة في لبنان وتتناسب مع طبيعة مياهه ومناخه.
- مزرعة خيول أصيلة من أجل التعرف والترفيه يضم مركز تأصيل للخيول العربية وإصدار شهادات نسلية.
Project: Establishment of an Agricultural Village comprising:
Sustainable Environmental and Social Safety Association (SESSA) owns undeveloped agricultural land covering an area of two hundred and fifty thousand square meters in the region of Hawsh Saneed, Baalbek District, in the Baalbek-Hermel Governorate of Lebanon. This flat and fertile land is suitable for establishing an agricultural village, which is a developmental agricultural and tourism project falling under the agrotourism sector. It aims to support rural residents in marketing their homemade food products, providing farmers with a marketing exhibition for their organic agricultural products. Additionally, it offers recreational rural tourism through rural accommodations, a restaurant serving rural cuisine, a cattle and horse farm, and a rural dairy production facility.
A) Farmer Training Center on Quality and Standards Compliance according to European Union standards, including the utilization of modern equipment and facilities for packaging agricultural products to meet export requirements to EU and Gulf countries.
B) Annual Exhibition for companies specialized in the production and import of agricultural equipment and machinery.
C) Permanent Marketing Exhibition for organic agricultural products.
D) Annual Marketing Exhibition for grapes and grape derivatives.
E) Permanent Marketing Exhibition for rural products through a collection center for products from villages and towns in the Zahle district of the Bekaa Governorate and Baalbek-Hermel Governorate.
F) Cheese production facility for milk derivatives.
G) Research Center for new plant and fruit varieties suitable for Lebanon's climate, with an affiliated nursery providing farmers with unique varieties not available in the Zahle district of the Bekaa Governorate and Baalbek-Hermel Governorate.
H) Cattle breeding center for milk and meat production.
I) Artificial pond for the cultivation of non-existent river fish species in Lebanon, suited to its water and climate conditions.
J) A farm for purebred horses for identification and recreation, featuring an establishment for Arabian horses and the issuance of pedigree certificates.
إن مشروع إنشاء قرية زراعية بحاجة الى تمويل من الجهات المانحة التي تهتم بالتنمية الريفية المستدامة و التشجيع على الزراعة و العمل على عدم تسرب السكان الريفيين الى العاصمة بحثا" عن فرص عمل و الجمعية بحاجة الى التمويل المالي لتحقيق مشروع قرية زراعية التي تمتلك الأرض لكن ليس لديها قدرة مالية لتنفيذ هذا المشروع التنموي الخيري و لا يتوفر هذا التمويل إلا من خلال دعم المؤسسات الدولية و الجمعيات الغير حكومية
The project to establish an agricultural village is in need of funding from donor organizations that are dedicated to sustainable rural development and promoting agriculture while discouraging rural populations from migrating to the capital in search of employment opportunities. The association requires financial support to realize the agricultural village project. Although they own the land, they lack the financial means to execute this charitable developmental project. The necessary funding can only be obtained through support from international institutions and non-governmental organizations.
