SPHERE Building Tomorrow-SBT has worked on several unique contextually tailored
activities and partnerships to empower its employees, its beneficiaries, and targeted
communities based on their collective and individual needs for employment. SPHERE
Building Tomorrow-SBT built these activities with the intention to not only develop, but
also provide its beneficiaries intervention and basic protection services and assistance in
different geographical areas in North Lebanon, Mount Lebanon, South Lebanon, Beirut,
and in Beqaa.

SPHERE Building Tomorrow-SBT and Kifaya Association for Development-KAD are
implementing the project “Herfe W Tehfe- "حرفة وتحفة, to providing relevant non-formal
curricula in Tailoring and Carpentry for women-empowerment, and enhancing their
workforce employability and finally establishing/orienting SMEs directly operated by them
ensuring their well-being, resilience, and self-development.

SPHERE Building Tomorrow, henceforth referred to as SBT, is a local humanitarian non-profit organization established in 2018, with a sole intention of alleviating livelihood for those in need by enhancing employability, providing educational opportunities, and enlivening local neighborhoods and communities. We operate across Lebanon to empower communities and individuals to build a brighter future.
