Consultancy: Integrated Labor Market Assessment in Urban Locations

This End of Project Evaluation aims at evaluating the project outcomes, with a focus on identifying implementation successes and challenges in order to draw lessons learnt and to provide recommendations and best practices for future programs.
The purpose of this final project evaluation is to assess the four components; relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of the “Life-saving assistance to vulnerable children and families in Lebanon” project and to link these components with the humanitarian principles at community and social levels.

SC is implementing a program aiming to “Improved protective environment for vulnerable Syrian IDPs, refugee and host community children affected by grave child rights violations; harmful work and child marriage.” SC will therefore provide individualised, child-focused care through case management to children- boys and girls- at risk of child marriage SC and its local partner will implement PSS and resilience programs for children and youth.

Save the Children Lebanon (SCL) in cooperation with Save the Children Norway (SCN), funded by NORAD, is implementing a 5-year project within Palestinian camps with a focus on Education, Child Protection and Child Rights Governance (CRG). The main objective of the CRG intervention is that duty bearers are more accountable towards ensuring refugee children’s rights to quality, inclusive education and safer learning environment by 2023.

Save the Children Lebanon (SCL) in cooperation with Save the Children Norway (SCN), funded by NORAD, is implementing a 5-year project within Palestinian camps with a focus on Education, Child Protection and Child Rights Governance (CRG). ‘Improving Prospects for Refugees and Vulnerable Host Communities in Lebanon’ is a 3-year program integrating Child Protection and Livelihoods interventions with the aim of removing children from the Worst Forms of Child Labour (WFCL) and/or support transitions to non-hazardous, age-appropriate work. The integrated package includes case management, psychosocial support and cash assistance, youth and caregivers accessing livelihood opportunities, skills training, etc.
