SCOPE OF ROLE:

The trainer is responsible for delivering awareness sessions for Women and Girls in the Bekaa (Al-Marj) on GBV issues (sexual and reproductive health, early marriage, and protection related issues).

The outreach worker intervenes in a diverse environment to support vulnerable citizens of all ages and backgrounds through their difficulties. Their role is to provide assistance to enable service users to help themselves while maintaining professional relationships with service users, acting as guides and advocates.

The Field Officer will work under the supervision of the Project Coordinator.
To ensure success as a field officer, s/he should maintain a trustworthy presence among programs' beneficiaries. Invariably, an excellent field officer will substantiate new concepts with all requisite field data.
