Municipal Administration Specialist

Description:
The QED Group (www.qedgroupllc.com) is seeking a Municipal Administration Specialist for an anticipated USAID-funded Democracy and Governance program in Lebanon. The project focuses on improving the responsiveness of selected local governing institutions in Lebanon. The project aims to improve public services at the local and regional levels, promoting community participation in local governance decision-making and access to reliable and affordable public services.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in international development or other relevant field.
Minimum 10 years technical assistance and capacity-building experience serving municipalities in public outreach, and citizen engagement. 
Knowledge of municipalities and municipal and local government systems.
Language ability in French and Arabic.
