Première Urgence – Aide Médicale Internationale (PU-AMI)is a Nonprofit, Non-Governmental Organization under French Law. PU-AMI invites you to bid on its contract for “Drilling and Testing a New Water Well in Borj El Arab, Akkar, North Lebanon”.

This Invitation to Tender consists of the following documents attached hereto:

– Instructions to Candidates

– General conditions of eligibility and exclusion

– Form of Tender

– Financial Offer

– Financial Identification Form

All candidates must also supply the following information and documents with their bids:

– CV of the company, mentioning previous projects and references (With copies of Final acceptance of works/work contracts of previous similar projects).

– A valid commercial/contracting bidder Identification document;

– A bank account certificate

– Copy of the Contractor’s Classification ID issued by the Official related authority of country of the bidder. The original ID shall be available upon PU-AMI request.

– The CV of the engineer in charge to follow the works (With copies of his Diploma).

– A list of materials and used equipment.

– A certificate of origin of the products from eligible countries (see paragraph 2.6)
