The National Institution of Social Care and Vocational Training (NISCVT), known as Beit Atfal Assumoud, is a humanitarian, non-sectarian and non-governmental organization, and it is not related to any political or religious groups, working within the Palestinian refugee community in Lebanon. NISCVT's multi-services contribute to the development of the Palestinian community in Lebanon. By addressing the needs of the family with gender-balanced projects, NISCVT aims at empowering the individual, supporting the community resiliency, and preserving the national identity. 

The Volunteer will be under the direct supervision of the Field Worker. The incumbent will be working for 9 hours per week and will be responsible to:
• Coordinate the outreach, identification, selection and registration of beneficiaries for different activities of the project
• Participate in trainings conducted by Right To Play or the CSO
• Support the Field worker in coordinating training sessions to all beneficiaries (youth and adolescents) on skills development
• Coordinate the proper logistics for the training sessions in coordination with the field worker

The National Institution of Social Care and Vocational Training known as Beit Atfal Assumoud are looking for a Field Worker within the Multi-Service Community Center (MAKANI) located in Nahr El Bared Camp, Shatila Camp. The incumbent will be mainly responsible for delivering capacity building training workshops for youth and adolescents and reach out for beneficiaries in the assigned camps.

The candidate must have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
University degree in administration, social science, communication sciences, or any other relevant field.

The candidate must have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
