Winterization Program- Winter Clothes Voucher Exchange Project

Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-government international organization that provides humanitarian and development assistance in Lebanon since 1993.

Mercy Corps invites sealed financial bids and samples from interested parties to supply winter clothes that will be provided to vulnerable children and babies in Bekaa Governorate as part of a UNICEF funded winterization program.

This bidding process will lead to the selection of vendors in Zahle and Baalbek Cazas in the Bekaa that will supply these clothing items in exchange of cash vouchers.

Interested parties may participate in the tender by collecting tender documents in hard copy from Mercy Corps office from the following two locations:

1. Mercy Corps Lebanon- Baalbeck Office. Address: Ras El Ain Street, Al Zeyn Center, next to Electricity Company, 1st floor, Baalbeck- Lebanon (phone number: 76-945908)

2. Mercy Corps Lebanon- Beirut Office. Address: Alfred Naccache Street, Bee center Bldg, Facing hotel Dieu, 3rd Floor, Beirut – Lebanon (phone number: 70-926400)

Tender documents can be picked up between January 05, 2015 09:00AM and January 12, 2015 03:00PM and must be submitted, along with samples at Mercy Corps Beirut office by Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 02:00 pm.

Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered
