Mercy Corps Lebanon invites interested bidders to collect Tender Documents from Mercy Corps' offices in Baalbeck, Ras El Ain Street, Al Zeyn Building, first floor between Monday December 15 2014 and Wednesday December 17, 2014. Filled tender documents must be submitted back in sealed envelopes to Mercy Corps Baalbeck office by December 19, 2014.
