Calls For Application (Cfa) For 2 Short Terms Consultancies

Supply of 2 Services: Developing 2 action oriented research papers:

1. Paper 1 on: activating student councils in public high schools;

2. Paper 2 on: institutionalizing the role of the “Youth Forum for Youth Policy” as Ombudsman over implementing the Lebanese youth policy”.

MASAR association works in the field of Development with a focus on youth. Through this focus, Masar works on 2 levels in parallel: at the community level, through its Community Youth Development (CYD) program, and at the policy level, through the Youth Advocacy Process (YAP/ www.yap-lb.org) and the Youth Forum for Youth Policy (www.youthforum-lb.org).

Masar association is recruiting 2 consultants, starting immediately as of date of signing contract. The 2 consultants will be reporting to the Executive Director.

1. To enable you to submit a bid, please read the following attached documents carefully:

• Instructions to Bidders Annex I

• Terms of Reference (ToR) Annex II

• Price Schedule Form Annex III

2. The bid shall reach Masar association no later than August 7, 2014 at 4:00 p.m., Lebanon time. The bid shall be opened on August 8, 2014.

3. Quotes received after the indicated deadline shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Any questions relating to the attached documents shall be addressed in writing following the instructions included in Annex I “Instructions to Bidders”, for Clarifications of Solicitation Documents.
