The objective of this consultancy is to develop a marketing strategy in collaboration with LFPADE and the two cooperatives Jadati & Joud El Ard that will identify new markets and that includes use of social media and e- commerce to increase sales and profitability of cooperatives and targeted beneficiaries.
TERMS OF REFERENCE
The Marketing Expert will develop the agenda for a two day workshop that aims to develop a marketing strategy to be adopted and implemented by the cooperatives and beneficiaries of the project.
Develop all the material necessary for implementation of successful workshop
Facilitate the work shop
DELIVERABLES
The Marketing Expert is expected to deliver the following:
Training material and out-line for two days marketing workshop
Facilitate the workshop with members of LFPADE team and representatives from Jadati & Joud El Ard cooperatives
Define a marketing strategy that can be adopted & implemented by the project in order to increase sale of products and achieve output 1.2. The marketing strategy developed should be relevant, adoptable and feasible to implement and should aim to increase sales and profits to cooperatives and targeted women
Conduct pre and post assessment for the workshop
Prepare a final report
