The Lebanon Humanitarian & Development NGOs Forum (LHDF) is an independent entity composed of over 90 local and national NGOs active in the humanitarian and development fields in Lebanon and operating across a wide range of sectors, being the largest and most recognized network of local and national NGOs in the country. Among its different missions, LHDF facilitates the coordination between its members and other relevant stakeholders, includ public entities, donors, into commun persons of concern, to ensure an efficient response to both humanitarian and development needs

The RDPP funded DAEM project aims at tackling the multifaceted challenges faced by vulnerable young people in Lebanon and to propose a holistic approach to empower young people, their family, their community, while engaging a wider ecosystem of local stakeholders, especially SMEs, to ensure a systemic and durable improvement of conditions of young people in Lebanon.

The Lebanon Humanitarian and Development NGOs Forum (LHDF), created in 2014, is an independent entity, composed of local NGOs operating in Lebanon, that facilitates the coordination between them and other relevant stakeholders to have an efficient response to the humanitarian and development needs in the country. The LHDF is composed of a plenary (85 + members), a steering committee (7 members) and a secretariat (3 members).
In partnership with Save the Children, LHDF started a project aiming at strengthening the Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) knowledge of its local NGOs members
