The program : 
The University scholarships for Syrian students is a program launched in 2013 offering now 420 scholarships for syrian students in their university education all around Lebanon. While the core component of the program is the scholarships and access to Education, additional components were later on added to the project according to students needs. Now the program is composed of the following: 
- Scholarships for Students 
- English courses run by LASeR 
- Capacity Building 
- Social Entrepreneurship & social change

Interviewr Responsibilities:
- Ask questions in accordance with instructions to obtain various specified information, such as person's name, address, age, religious preference, and state of residency.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in interviewees' responses by means of appropriate questioning and/or explanation.
- Compile, record and code results and data from interview or survey, using computer or specified form.
- Review data obtained from interview for completeness and accuracy.
- Contact individuals to be interviewed at various locations
- Assist individuals in filling out applications or questionnaires
- Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data.
- Explain survey objectives and procedures to interviewees, and interpret survey questions to help interviewees' comprehension.
- Prepare reports to provide answers in response to specific problems.
- Locate and list addresses and households.
- Meet with supervisor daily to submit completed assignments and discuss progress.
 
Interviewer Required Skills:
- Preparing Notes and interview planing
- Ability to match interviewee - in energy level, mood, body language, and language
- Flexible listener
- Smart approach to asking aiming questions and extracting relevant info from answers
- Previous experience in HR, psychology, interviews, or any other intensive people experience
