TENDER NOTICE – Truck for Transportation (TRK0012017)

Sealed tenders are invited by Islamic Relief Lebanon, for the provision of trucks for Transportation. These vehicles are required for hire with a Driver to be used as trucks for distribution goods for a period of one year, which on satisfactory services may be extended further.

Deadline of submission of Tender by hand: 08.05.2017 at 14:00 Hrs.

Date of Opening of tender: 09.05.2017 at 14:30 Hrs.(Internal Committee only).

Tender document can be collected from the Islamic relief office at Sharhabil-Bkosta, Al Jaysh St., Jamal Al Zareef Bldg. Saida, Lebanon.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for consideration of this tender, a tenderer should meet the following requirements:

Company Registered and has a financial number, drivers and transportation licenses. Flexible in payments Has a working experience with NGO. Clear quotation stamped and signed by the company name. Has a bank account by the company name and can receive external bank transfer. Maintenance and service should be included and mentioned on the quotations.
