Forming a thematic Federation of Municipalities in the LRB in order to:

Form an advocating group of Mayors/local leaders to better manage water resources in the LRB; Make this group sustainable and acknowledged by central level decision makers (CDR, MEW Ministry of Energy and Water, Ministry of Environment MoEnv, Bekaa Regional Water Establishment BRWE, Litani River Authority LRA, etc.); Review, adjust, and endorse the RBMP volume 2 - Action Plan; and Advocate for its implementation notably in terms of governance changes.
