The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women’s empowerment, economic recovery and development and education.
The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for providing "Vocational Training Services" for the course of one (1) year. the vocational training subjects are as follows, suppliers can provide price quotation for one or more subjects by indicating the title of the training in the designated technical and financial section based on the level of expertise.

The Request for proposal (RFP) containing invitation to tender, instructions to bidders, annexes, general & special conditions of the contract etc. for the service provider can be collected from IRC Office in Beirut, located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Near AUST University, above UPS, Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafiye from July 12, 2017.
Contact person for RFP collection is Ms. Sabreen El Mawla. Office hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday til Friday. The proposal must be submitted in the format of one sealed envelopes marked “IRC - Vocational Training Services – Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal and hand delivered to the same address before 16:00 on July 26th, 2017.
No proposal shall be accepted after this time.
