Request For Proposal (Rfp) For Provision Of Conference And Accommodation Services

The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women’s empowerment, economic recovery and development and education.

The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for the provision "Conference and Accommodation Services" for establishing a Master Service Agreement for over the course of one (1) year. The RFP with detailed requirements can be collected from IRC Office in Beirut, located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafiye from May 17, 2016.

Contact person for RFP collection is Ms. Sahar El Hassen. Office hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “IRC - Conference and Accommodation Services" and hand delivered to the same address before 16:00 on June 3, 2016.
