Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability And Learning (Meal) Officer – Beirut

1.       Developing Indicator plans and MEAL plans.
2.       Designing quantitative and qualitative data collection tools and methods (PSM, PDM, Base/End lines, FGD, Case Studies, …etc.).
3.       Sampling and mapping surveys and questionnaires.
4.       Coordinating with program and financial officers to develop MEAL budgets.
5.       Analyzing collected data using Excel, SPSS and another data analysis and visualization tools like ArcGIS, info graphs software and etc.
6.       Writing MEAL reports and sharing the results with program officers
7.       Developing monitoring tools based on indicator plans and through coordination with program and field offices.
8.       Monitoring projects’ activities and providing results reports to program officers.
9.       Organizing project cycle (MEAL sections) using Trello and other project/ data management tools.
10.   Developing accountability plan for each project and each area of IHR working areas.
11.   Handling and managing beneficiaries’ feedback according to IHR accountability policy.
12.   Communicating with MEAL field teams and help them to implement MEAL plans.
13.   Building the capacity of MEAL field Teams.
14.   Sharing the lesson learnt and recommendations with IHR departments
15.   Archiving his/her work.
16.   Reporting to MEAL Coordinator.
17.   Participate in Meetings, workshops and represent IHR at any event that is related to his/her work.
