The Protection Data Administrator is responsible for processing data collected by the ICRC to support its activities on behalf of people entitled to ICRC protection & assistance. He/she contributes to the implementation of policies, rules and procedures in the field of Protection data management to support Protection operational activities, decision-making through data processing and provides support for information analysis. The qualified candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Information-management background with 2 years of experience with databases and data management.

The Deputy Water and Habitat Coordinator acts as the focal point for all matters related to water and habitat activities at the delegation level. S/he is responsible for setting, implementing and monitoring the priorities, objectives and strategies for files under their management. The qualified candidate should have a master’s degree in architecture, civil, mechanical, electromechanical engineering, or any other job relevant field, with 10 years of total work experience in a related field, including - at least 4 years of experience within the movement, at the ICRC or an I/NGO.

Under the supervision of Economic and Security (EcoSec) Team Leader, the Economic Security Generalist carries out basic field and office work related to implementation and monitoring of the ICRC EcoSec programs in Lebanon. This position contributes to the quality delivery of the EcoSec activities according to ICRC defined standards, processes, and policies. The qualified candidate should have a degree in Economics, Agronomy or equivalent, with 2 to 3 years of experience in relief, food security, livelihoods with an International / Non-Governmental Organization.

The Movement Cooperation Officer contributes to supporting and documenting the analytical dimension of institutional and operational partnership and cooperation with the LRC&PRCS_L, including Movement partners and manages the institutional data system. S/He will develop a good understanding of the LRC and PRCS_L with a special emphasis on their internal dynamics namely to monitor and anticipate arising off issues/problems (enhanced analysis). The qualified candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Social/Human Sciences,3-5 years of experience in a humanitarian/international relevant field.

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supply chain planning and customer service for a given product category or delegation ensuring all customers’ needs are understood, met, delivered, and well communicated. S/he sees to it that all forecast inputs are processed, and goods sourcing meets demand in the most efficient and effective way through JD Edwards Software. The qualified candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent, with 6 to 9 years of experience in supply chain, previous experience in working on JD Edwards is a must.

The Medical Accountant is in charge of reviewing, auditing, and processing medical bills including payment, promptly and effectively according to operations set standards and ICRC financial rules and guidelines. The qualified candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Nursing or any relevant field with 0-2 years of experience in a similar position

The Economic Security Generalist Field Officer plans, implement, assess, and monitor the ICRC economic security programs in the Area of Responsibility (AoR) of Tyr sub-delegation. This role has an area focus and ensures the programs are delivered to high quality and in compliance with ICRC procedures, guidelines and policies which are translated into action plans and day-to-day tasks. The qualified candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economic Sciences, or any other job relevant field with 3 to 5 years of total work experience in a similar position at an I/NGO.

The Water and Habitat Electromechanical Engineer plans projects, negotiate with stakeholders regarding project implementation, supervise the execution of the projects, liaise with support departments for logistic and financial process, and handle all administrative aspects until project completion. S/he will oversee the support to maintenance team in Rafic Hariri University Hospital. The qualified candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience in electromechanical engineering projects and maintenance of building infrastructures.

The Logistics Assistant supports the delegation's logistics team by following up on and handling requests. The Logistics Assistant ensures that general warehousing activities are properly carried out for the specific product families in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Follows up and supports the warehouse's activities and acts as a liaison between the third-party service provider and the ICRC for day-to-day warehouse and transport activities. The qualified candidate should have a Technical Diploma in any relevant field with 2 years of experience in a similar position.

The Medical Accountant reviews, audits and process medical bills payment promptly and effectively according to operations set standards and ICRC financial rules and guidelines. The qualified candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing/Health or any other relevant field with up to 2 years of experience in auditing/reviewing patients’ medical bills or Third-party administrator (TPA).
