The Security Officer advises the delegation/site on security risk assessment and associated mitigating measures while ensuring proper diffusion and access to information related to security in line with Duty of Care obligations.
The qualified candidate should have a University degree or security & safety management background with 2-4 years’ experience in a similar field of activity. Experience in crisis management an asset, possible background in military, police or emergency services.

The Assistant & IM Officer provides (high-level) administrative support oversees information management, under the supervision of the Executive Assistant & IM Officer. S/he acts as a reference person for written protocols, correspondence, and standard tools.

The language specialist helps the ICRC communicate clearly and consistently by providing interpretation & translation services from one or more languages as well as editing and proofreading services.
The qualified candidate should have a Masters’ degree in Conference Interpretation with 5 years of professional experience in translation and interpretation. 2 years working experience with governmental and diplomatic authorities, as well as with international organizations, is an asset.

The Psychologist implements Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) activities as defined in collaboration with the relevant coordinator at local and national level. S/he provides direct support to victims of armed conflict and/or other situations of violence and/or trains, supervises and coaches’ others to do so.
The qualified candidate should have a Masters’ degree in Clinical Psychology with 3 - 5 years’ overall professional experience, and minimum 2 years’ experience in MHPSS programmes. Humanitarian experience an asset. License to practice in psychology is a must.

Staff Health Officer 2 is the focal point for all matters relating to the health of ICRC staff in the delegation. In line with ICRC staff health strategy and in collaboration with medical personnel on the spot, s/he promotes and maintains the physical and mental health of ICRC staff.
The qualified candidate should have a Masters’ degree in medicine or registered nurse with 6 years’ overall professional experience and 3 years’ in clinical experience. Experience in mental health and stress management, in medical evacuation and transportation.

S/he is responsible for regular and/or small and non-complex projects, ensuring their successful delivery within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget. With some guidance, s/he carries out needs assessments and surveys, prepares project designs, implements, and commissions projects. S/he negotiates with local authorities and stakeholders regarding project execution, supervises project implementation, and liaises with support departments to manage logistics and financial processes.

The Recruitment Officer participates in all tasks involved in recruiting employees and managing and monitoring the administrative aspects of the entire recruitment cycle.

The qualified candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, with at least 3 to 5 years' overall professional experience and 2 to 4 years’ experience supporting recruitment services.
