The Psychologist implements Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) activities as defined in collaboration with the relevant coordinator at local and national level. S/he provides direct support to victims of armed conflict and/or other situations of violence and/or trains, supervises and coaches’ others to do so.
The qualified candidate should have a master’s degree in clinical psychology with 3 - 5 years’ overall professional experience, and minimum 2 years’ experience in MHPSS programmes. Humanitarian experience an asset. License to practice in psychology is a must.

The Vehicle Fleet Manager (VFM) oversees management of the fleet of ICRC vehicles in their country or region of assignment so that operational needs are met, working in strict compliance with the standards set at headquarters. S/he carries out effective and efficient resource planning and scheduling for ICRC- and non-ICRC-owned vehicles within the operational area.
The qualified candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with 6 years' experience working in transport or an automotive workshop and 2 years’ in management experience.

The purpose of this job is to plan, design and implement engineering projects within the scope of the ICRC programs and objectives in detention, in the delegation. S/he is responsible for small and non-complex projects, ensuring their successful delivery within the constraints of scope, quality, time and budget. S/he carries out needs assessments and surveys, prepares project designs, implements, and commissions projects. The qualified candidate should have a Master’s degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical or environmental engineering.

The Forensic Data Administrator is responsible for processing data to support ICRC activities on behalf of people entitled to ICRC protection & assistance. He/she contributes to the implementation of policies, rules, and procedures in the field of Protection data management to support Protection operational activities, decision-making through data processing and provides support for information analysis.
The qualified candidate should have a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in information management, data analysis, forensic data science, and have at least 2 years of experience in databases.

The Security Officer advises the delegation/site on security risk assessment and associated mitigating measures while ensuring proper diffusion and access to information related to security in line with Duty of Care obligations.
The qualified candidate should have a University degree or security & safety management background with 2-4 years’ experience in a similar field of activity. Experience in crisis management an asset, possible background in military, police or emergency services.

The Assistant & IM Officer provides (high-level) administrative support oversees information management, under the supervision of the Executive Assistant & IM Officer. S/he acts as a reference person for written protocols, correspondence, and standard tools.

The language specialist helps the ICRC communicate clearly and consistently by providing interpretation & translation services from one or more languages as well as editing and proofreading services.
The qualified candidate should have a Masters’ degree in Conference Interpretation with 5 years of professional experience in translation and interpretation. 2 years working experience with governmental and diplomatic authorities, as well as with international organizations, is an asset.

Staff Health Officer 2 is the focal point for all matters relating to the health of ICRC staff in the delegation. In line with ICRC staff health strategy and in collaboration with medical personnel on the spot, s/he promotes and maintains the physical and mental health of ICRC staff.
The qualified candidate should have a Masters’ degree in medicine or registered nurse with 6 years’ overall professional experience and 3 years’ in clinical experience. Experience in mental health and stress management, in medical evacuation and transportation.
