The Netherlands Assistance to Lebanese Border Agencies (IBM) – phase V, #NLIBMLBNV is looking to hire a short-term expert to deliver a training on "Gender Mainstreaming in Border Management" for Lebanese Border Agencies.

Improving Migration Data Management Capacities of National Institutions in Lebanon 2022 – 2023 is a project funded by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and implemented by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD). The project is seeking an IT Expert that shall assess the current IT infrastructure at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, draft technical specifications for immediate and urgent H&S needs and to be part of the Procurement Process that will be done by ICMPD.

The tasks to be completed by the Media Expert within this assignment are the following:

a) Provide a clear and detailed proposition of training plan covering the above topics with a timeline. Anticipated training is to be held over 1 day.
b) Undertake the training sessions based on agreed plan and schedule.
c) At the end, provide a training report, copies of the presentations and recordings to be shared with participants.

The Expert is expected to provide the following deliverables: Training Plan, Training material including presentations, hand-outs, exercises etc, and training report

Procurement Prior Information Notice - Supply of Search & Rescue, Health & Safety equipment in the scope of the Swiss Support to Integrated Border Management in Lebanon (Phase II).

This Call for Expression of Interest (CEoI) is to be used for pre-qualifying companies (the first stage of the procurement process) to participate in a subsequent Invitation to Tender (ITT) (the second stage of the procurement process).
ICMPD wishes to invite your company to participate in this CEoI for the acquisition of Information security tools and services as per the requirements listed here below.
Based on the CEoI responses review, ICMPD intends to issue an ITT to Qualified companies for provision of the required services.
