The Finance and Administration Officer will provide all around support to the MENA portfolio of projects. The position will be managed by the Regional Operations Manager MENA (OM) in Beirut and will work closely with the Project Officer MENA, and the Finance Manager in London.
Terms of Reference:
- Regional flight and hotel bookings, including regional staff location logging.
- Local travel arrangements (eg. Airport pick up).
- Payment and accounting of office and project expenses.
- Procurement of office supplies and other equipment in line with Integrity procedures, including inputting into the regional asset register.
- Staff recruitment (advertising, filtering CVs) and draft contracting.
- Work with the OM to ensure in-country compliance (tax, permits, registration, visas).
- Managing utility companies, including internet provider.
- Maintain office workspace, including oversight of office cleaners.
- Formatting and printing of business cards.
- Filing of documentation.
- Translation and finalization of team time sheets.
- Other tasks as requested.
