Working under the direction of the Social Stability Coordinator, the Community Empowerment and Livelihoods Officer CEL is expected to coordinate and supervise the implementation of Community Development related activities including livelihood and community support projects. He/she will manage a team of local staff. He/she will furthermore play a significant role in sectoral coordination with other stakeholders including local authorities, livelihoods cluster and other NGOs

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
Working under the direction of the Program director, the Social Stability Project Coordinator is expected to support in setting the social stability strategy within projects and proposals. He/she will be responsible for designing, coordination, implementation, monitoring and follow up of I’mpossible organization social stability activities. He/she will manage a team of local staff. He/she will furthermore play a significant role in sectoral coordination with other stakeholders including local authorities, social stability cluster and other NGOs.
