The case worker will serve as a bridge between displaced individuals and various service providers, ensuring that urgent needs are met and that beneficiaries have access to more sustainable resources in the long term.

Desired Outcome: The project aims to create a fully realized curriculum and training program for LGBTQIA+ rights defenders to understand and integrate Tactical mapping (New Tactics Methodology), into an overall learning program that incorporates Adaptive Leadership (Ronald Heifetz), and Community Organizing (Marshall Ganz methodology). The desired outcome helps activists integrate those concepts into their strategies and interventions. The English or Arabic content developed should also be complete with metrics to evaluate performance and impact of the learning.
