TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sexual Reproductive Health Trainer will be under the supervision of the program manager and will coordinate closely with HAI area coordinator and program officer to deliver a training module focused on:
- Maternal and perinatal health - Sexually transmitted infections, HIV/AIDS - Adolescent sexual and reproductive health - Family planning - Sexual health - Sexual reproductive rights
- Counseling skills
 
The training will be conducted to staff (nurses, social workers, outreach workers) of a newly established primary health center in Akkar region. Training to be delivered preferably in Arabic
 
More specifically, the activities are:
- Define the module, consolidate a training plan and conduct the training;
- Develop training materials and monitoring tools (pre/post test, evaluation form, etc.);
- Prepare a training report to be sent after delivery of the training.
 
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Contract : Contractor
Payment: Daily based (for 2-3 days)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
 
Midwife or nurse with sexual and reproductive health specialty
Experience in humanitarian action with programs of sexual and reproductive health is a plus
Ability to create tools and monitoring processes
Excellent organizational and coaching skills
Languages: English and Arabic are mandatory
