Monitoring And Evaluation Officer

NAHNOO and FRAME, two non-governmental organizations (NGOS) based in Lebanon, are searching for a qualified Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (MOE). The following points provide brief detail into the scope of work:
-Review of quarterly reports
-Overall evaluation of project
-Evaluation of partnership between the mentioned organizations in regards to the project being implemented
 
This hire is project-based. Compensation is on an ad hoc basis.
