Fondation Diane & EcoServ: Administration & Marketing Coordinator (Environmental E-Waste)

Are you passionate about communication and making a difference for the environment? We're seeking an enthusiastic coordinator to join our team at EcoServ, a leading environmental e-waste organization.

Preparing accounts and tax returns, administering payrolls and controlling income expenditure, auditing
financial information, compiling and presenting reports, budgets, and financial statement, analysing
accounts, bank transfers and preparing financial reports with all needed documents for funded projects.
Overseeing the purchasing of materials needed for efficient business operations for the different entities
within Fondation Diane.
The role of the chief accountant will assure all other areas of activities within Fondation Diane and taken on
by the finance team.

• Plan, oversee and lead projects from ideation to completion within budget and scope.
• Interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders while establishing and maintaining
relationships with third parties.
• Submit project deliverables, prepare status reports and establish effective project communication
plans.
• Coordinate with team members and concerned departments to ensure all aspects of each project are
compatible.
