Fighters for Peace - About

We cannot change the past, but we should work for our future. Ex fighters in the Lebanese Civil War established this organization to say that everyone loses in war and violence is not a solution. The objective is to engage the youth, civil society activists and ex-fighters, in order to build a lasting civil peace and a true reconciliation in Lebanon. As ex-combatants who have become Fighters for Peace, we offer our stories and our experience, in order to create a space where former fighters can find a way out of violence, into inner peace and peace within their communities.
