The job consists of working as part of a team of surveyors/field data collectors tasked with collecting specific data from a targeted audience in a preset geographical area on various subjects using pre-established questionnaires.

The ideal candidate needs to have great interpersonal and communication skills the ability to ability to work under stress and act professionally even in difficult situations, and previous experience in data collection.

We are looking for a full-time head of research and surveys that will help ELKA make its mark.
The candidate will organize the surveyors, streamline their work, and ensure they follow the guidelines.
The candidate will need to have solid experience working in such a position and a comprehensive knowledge of the Lebanese market and the different stakeholders and specificities. Previous experience working at a large statistics and research and surveys institute in Lebanon or outside is a MUST.
The candidate will also need to have a solid grasp of sampling, data collection, and valition

This a 6 months consultancy opportunity.
We are looking for an irregular immigration expert with a master's degree and experience to survey the state of irregular immigration out of Lebanon, mainly by boats, using primary and secondary sources to create a comprehensive database.

The job consists of working as part of a team of surveyors/field data collectors tasked with collecting specific data from a targeted audience, in a preset geographical area on various subjects, using pre-established questionnaires.

The ideal candidate needs to have great interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to ability to work under stress and to act professionally even in difficult situations. Additionally, the candidate needs to have good knowledge of statistics, and how to use software to enter data, with good analytical skills.
