Developmental Action without Borders, Nabaa is seeking a qualified Psychosocial Support Senior Field Officer

The Communications and Media Volunteers will be responsible for Nabaa and Manara network visual content and social media channels and will work to promote the organization and Network brand among external audiences. The Communications and Media Officer will help partners, children and colleagues to take advantage of technology in order to advance child rights across platforms and in their daily lives.

The Case Worker is responsible for the overall case management of a child in line with National and International standards of Case Management

The post is in the frame of the Reproductive Health project funded by Medical Aid for Palestinians and implemented by Nabaa. The project aims to improve access to high quality reproductive health care services and information for impoverished and marginalized communities in Ein el Helweh and Rashidyeh refugee camps.

The role of the gynecologist is to provide reproductive health consultations, including antenatal, postnatal, and family planning counselling, reproductive tract infection screening and treatment, cancer screening, patient education, and others.

The Middle East regional programme, implemented through Save the children Sweden and Lebanon, focuses on supporting the Manara Network that incorporates locally active organizations. This revealed the need of a communication and visibility strategy for Manara
Network and related standards operating procedures. It comes at critical time, as the Network is developing its strategic plan for the coming 3 years.

The regional program of the Middle East and North Africa, implemented by Save the Children in Sweden and Lebanon, focuses on supporting Manara network of local organizations. The main objective of the network is becoming a powerful advocacy platform in terms of governments. This revealed the need for Manara Network to strengthen the monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning system. Thus, the main objective of the consultancy is addressing the gaps of Manara Network’s system and working on bridging it through development and improvement.

Nabaa also runs Child friendly Spaces CFSs centers centers under the UNICEF supported program “Strengthening Community-Based Child Protection, Gender Based Violence interventions, and Psychosocial Support in Palestinian Camps and Gatherings in Lebanon” in partnership with Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP).
