• Support the Team Leader in planning, managing and coordinating the strategy of the project with the consortium partners,
• Support the Team Leader in preparing all strategic meeting on consortium level and follow up with Project management unit,
• Support COSV project’s team in an effective system of communications and information flow;
• Support the day-to-day Team Leader tasks with focus on quality outcomes,
• Prepare meeting minutes (Strategic meetings, Project management Unit meeting, COSV project team meeting and others)

The Implementation Officer plays a key role in project activity-implementation.
Under the supervision of the Project Coordinator, the Implementation Officer will manage the work of the field team remotely, following up on the activities as per the Action Plan and ensuring that they adhere to the correct project methodology as per the Log Frame and the Internal Monitoring Framework.
The Implementation Officer will report directly to the Project Coordinator.

Monitoring and Evaluation
- The M&E Officer will ensure implementation of all project activities in compliance with M&E management tools and schemes provided by COSV MENA M&E team;
- The M&E Officer will support the field team in planning and collecting MoVs and in drafting regular activity reporting;
- The M&E Officer will participate to the design, drafting and monitoring tasks related to the project implementation;

Description: COSV ngo is currently managing Al Mashgal project in partneship with Beyond Reform and Development, Lebanese International University in Bekaa, Al Jinan University and Beirut Arab University in Tripoli and it’s funded by the Italian Cooperation AICS. As integrated part of the M&E system, COSV is planning an experimental social impact measurement by adopting a digital tool for storytelling collection. The data collectors in coordination with the COSV and Universities staff, will mainly support the outreach of project’s beneficiaries (youth) and engage them in sharing their stories

The Project Manager Assistant (PMA) will support the team in the implementation of the project’s activities.
The PMA will support in the implementation of the promotion of social business in Lebanon in the area of Northern Lebanon (Tripoli) and in the Beqaa region. He/She shall collaborate in ensuring timely and successful achievement of all project’s activities, in line with the objectives outlined in the proposal and in compliance with COSV high-quality standards and Donor’s regulations.

In accordance with COSV policy and procedures, the incumbent of the post is required to translate and edit from Arabic to English and vice versa documents related to the ongoing projects, to revise documents and to assist the Project Management Unit in monitoring media outlets regarding the regional context.

Key functions of the sought profile:

-Planning, manage and coordinate project activities and administrative and financial procedures in the framework of COSV strategy in Middle East

-Oversee project financial management, check partners expenditures (eligibility and compliance with procedures)  and guarantee administrative control
-Contribute to the strategic leadership, overall management and advisory support for COSV programs in MENA
-Coordinate the field activities with partners and beneficiaries;
-Conduct effective supervision and monitoring and offer evaluation support;
