RFP for Franchise Manual - Chemonics Beirut S.A.R.L. is soliciting proposals from local Lebanese firms and/or individual consultants that can develop franchise manual.

Chemonics Beirut S.A.R.L., acting on behalf of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Lebanon Enterprise Development (LED) Project,is soliciting proposals from local Lebanese firms and/or individual consultants that can develop franchise manual.
Resulting from this RFP, Chemonics intends to shortlist firms and/or individual consultants that can provide franchise manual. The shortlisted firms and/ or individual consultants, when needed, will do site visits to our beneficiaries to assess and quote accordingly.

The consultant’s proposal should include (but not necessarily limited to) the following
1- Evaluate current operations and recommend changes to start Franchising.
2- Develop franchise strategic road map and business model
3- Develop Operations Manual(s).
4- Develop Training Program(s).
5- Implement necessary training(s)
6- Review Franchise Agreement(s) and Para-Legal documents.
7- Develop franchise fees structure.
8- Evaluate & Recommends changes to field and headquarters support.
9- Produce the final franchise documents such as franchise agreement, non-disclosure agreements (NDA), letter of intent, get acquainted form and franchisee license inquire.
