The Social Worker reports to the Programs Officer and, when needed, to the Programs Manager. The duties and responsibilities are defined as per the following categories:

1. Identification of cases
2. Case management of beneficiaries
3. Prison interventions
4. Internal liaisons
5. External representativity

This position is based at Nassim Center-Beirut with occasional computing to other CLDH offices located in Tripoli and Bekaa. Home visits are planned according to the beneficiaries’ needs and the interventions required.

The Community of Action Facilitator (CoA) plays a crucial role in fostering collaboration among different organizations and initiatives, promoting a safe and constructive environment for sharing plans, ideas, and challenges. The CoA facilitator will help localize the Program’s Theory of Change (ToC) and accordingly develop advocacy and capacity-strengthening plans, participating in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the program.
The CoA Facilitator reports directly to the project Coordinator.

EuroMed Rights is recruiting two coordinators for its Grants and PMEL unit (responsible for Grant Management, Fundraising and PMEL (Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) Unit. The positions will be with one-year contracts starting in mid-August/September 2024. They will be located in Beirut, Rabat or Tunis. The coordinators will work as a team and report to the Director of the unit.

The Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation Officer reports directly to the Executive Director.

The multimedia officer is responsible for creating engaging multimedia content across various digital platforms, including short videos, infographics, and visuals. The Multimedia officer will report to the Communications and Advocacy Officer and collaborate closely with the department to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

The safety & security officer (SSO) reports directly to the Project Coordinator and is responsible for ensuring all security measures are implemented and developing safety & security guidelines.

The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Programs Manager and plays a lead role in the planning, implementation, and coordination of the project. The project coordinator will be responsible for managing the team.

The MHPSS specialist will strengthen the quality of psychological services provided at a locally-run torture treatment center and build the capacity of the center to better meet the MHPSS needs of torture survivors. Activities include assessment, training, clinical supervision, supportive therapy, program evaluation and community collaboration.
This position focuses on clinical supervision, training and empowering staff to conduct services, not on direct provision of services by the MHPSS Trainer.

EuroMed Rights is looking to recruit an enthusiastic acting Thematic Programme Coordinator with specific expertise on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR) to be part of its dynamic thematic team. This person will report to the Head of Thematic Programmes, and be part of the Programme Department.
