The QA Civill Engineer will provide oversight on activities conducted by USAID Implementing Partners (IPS). The position will support several functions as required by the project, and under the direction the IDIQ Manager, and guided by the Construction Manager These activities may include field visits for data collection, observations and reporting during construction, coordination of field oversight team, review of designs, schedules, and budgets as requested by the IDIQ Manager. The position will require frequent travel to the filed sites where IPs are working and circulate meeting minutes.
