The British Council is seeking a consultant to undertake an impact evaluation of the Teaching for Success (TfS) pilot programme.

The Editorial & Content Expert will play a vital role in raising awareness of the Preventing Violent Extremism and the Exchange platform. They will work with the Communications Team, National PVE Unit, Initial Exchange Platform partners, and the media to identify, develop and disseminate stories that support the overall communications objectives across all owned and earned media channels. Working as part of a Communications Team, the supplier will need to find creative ways to generate interest in, and conversations around the content on the Exchange Platform.

The Strengthening Resilience - MENA II (SR2) programme is funded by the European Union and
delivered by a consortium led by the British Council. It began with a pilot in 2015 and its current phase will
continue until January 2021. It is under implementation in Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia and Jordan.

The purpose of this RFP is Web development and design of the Shabeb Act platform.

The purpose of the consultancy is to design an online research for youth consultations
around PVE strategy and ministries by laws. In this way, youth priorities, opinions and
insights in regard to PVE will be identified, and a greater connection and engagement will be
established between them and main government actors in a structured and systematic way.

The consultant will be expected to work up to a maximum of 60 days for the duration of the
contract.

The British Council is seeking to sign consultancy agreements with 10 consultants in the Middle East & North Africa region including the Gulf, Levant, Maghreb cluster, and Egypt.

British Council is seeking to sign framework agreements with 2 preferred suppliers for printing and related services across Lebanon. As and when needed, the British Council will contact both suppliers and provide, in writing, detailed information about the needed Services and/or Goods. Printing Materials to include office stationery printing, printing of documents and advertising materials, printing of graphic materials, and printing of big books.
