AUB is seeking a Mental Health and Psychosocial Counselor to support the needs of Scholars of the Mastercard Foundation. The Psychologist will be based at the counseling center coordinating closely with the Mastercard Foundation Scholars program team. Provides comprehensive professional counseling services to students to maximize their personal and professional effectiveness. Duties include mental health counseling and support, group and individual counseling, behavioral change consultation, series of group presentations and workshops, providing psychological support and training to scholars.

The Clinical supervisor shares responsibilities with the Director with an emphasis on the management of clinical services and maintains the overall responsibility for the functioning of this subarea. The clinical supervisor supervises clinical members of the staff and manages the office in the absence of the Director. As a member of the clinical staff of Counseling Services, the clinical supervisor also provides counseling to AUB students, consultations to faculty and staff about students, and conducts awareness sessions and conferences to the AUB community.
