The American University of Beirut (AUB) and Save the Children MENAEE Regional Office developed the Diploma in Child and Adolescent Mental Health for humanitarian settings in the Middle East and North Africa (Dip CAMH). This post-graduate program is designed for mid-senior MHPSS practitioners to strengthen their capacity and address the gap in CAMH-focused MHPSS in conflict and displacement contexts. Supported by the ILO under the PROSPECTS partnership, funded by the Netherlands, the Dip CAMH pilot will be delivered in collaboration with AUB and Save the Children.

AUB is seeking a Mental Health and Psychosocial Counselor to support the needs of Scholars of the Mastercard Foundation. The Psychologist will be based at the counseling center coordinating closely with the Mastercard Foundation Scholars program team. The Clinical supervisor shares responsibilities with the Director with an emphasis on the management of clinical services and maintains the overall responsibility for the functioning of this subarea. The clinical supervisor supervises clinical members of the staff and manages the office in the absence of the Director. As a member of the clinical staff of Counseling Services, the clinical supervisor also provides counseling to AUB students, consultations to faculty and staff about students, and conducts awareness sessions and conferences to the AUB community.
