The Youth Employment in Lebanon through Social Enterprise (YELA) program:

Alfanar and Drosos have been collaborating for the past three years to support the growth of the social entrepreneurship sector in Lebanon. As part of our latest project, Drosos will be supporting us in strengthening Alfanar’s management support, training and impact management methodologies.
Through this project, Alfanar is seeking proposals from skilled consultants to develop a training module on "Pitching Your Social Enterprise." This module is designed to enhance the communication and presentation skills of social enterprises.

Alfanar and Drosos have been collaborating for the past three years to support the growth of the social entrepreneurship sector in Lebanon. As part of our latest project, Drosos will be supporting us in strengthening Alfanar’s management support, training and impact management methodologies for the Green Economy. This comes at a perfect timing for Alfanar as we are envisioning to start supporting a green enterprises from Lebanon. Through this project, we are looking for an expert in the Green Economy to support us in adapting our training and methodologies to better support green enterprises.

The objective of this Business Development TOR is to provide a comprehensive analysis and strategy for the growth of ULEAP, focusing on key aspects such as understanding competitors, leveraging competitive advantages, determining the pricing mix, identifying quick wins, establishing partnerships, and measuring profitability.

Alfanar fosters the growth of ambitious, enterprising, self-reliant social enterprises (SE) that provide valued opportunities for disadvantaged people in the Arab world to improve their lives and experience dignity.  Alfanar employs a venture philanthropy investment approach, which helps social enterprises scale their impact and achieve financial independence over time.
